Gos.sip is a wandering little matcha + coffee bar — stone-ground matcha and slow-poured coffee in equal measure, served from the kind of corner you linger in a little longer than you meant to.
the whole idea
Gos.sip started with a simple thought: the best conversations happen over a good cup. So we made a little travelling bar — matcha and coffee given equal love — and we bring it to markets, shops, and quiet corners around town.
Everything is unhurried. Single-origin coffee poured slow, ceremonial matcha whisked to order, and a palette of soft, earthy tones that makes you want to sit down and, well… spill.
